We pre-screen natural and organic products and read the labels so that you can rest assured that you are getting the best of the best, toxin-free, effective, and affordable products. What makes Organiworks special?

Unlike most online retailers, we provide personalized, unbiased consultations to help you find the best products or solutions. We are NOT affiliated with any brand or multi-level marketing company, so you can be sure that we have your best interest in mind. Our goal is to solve your skin care problems naturally, and help you find the perfect products that works for you!

We are also unique in that we offer free shipping over $25 anywhere in the USA, and free delivery for customers in the Albany NY area. Plus, free returns anytime, for any reason. We will even pay for your return shipping! Why keep something you won’t use? We want to make sure you get what you need and will gladly do a return or exchange anytime.  You won’t find that promise anywhere else!

Are all your products certified organic?

Not all of our products are certified organic. While we do agree that organic certification provides added protection, we also recognize that certification for the skincare industry is still in its infancy. Currently two major types of certification exist: USDA organic and NSF ANSI 305. Most products are certified either one or the other, and their requirements are slightly different.

You can be sure that all products offered here are safe based on our own ingredient auditing. However, if you prefer to consider only certified USDA organic products, just apply the “Show me only… Certified Organic” filter.

How is my order shipped?

We will ship your order USPS priority mail, and it will usually arrive within 5 business days of your order. We will send you an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped!.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, please contact us and we will take care of you right away!

Is my order secure?

Yes. We use Paypal to protect all your sensitive ordering information (credit card number, phone numbers, etc.). All information is transferred in encrypted format.

Can I order by phone?

Yes, please call us at 518-894-8766 and we will help you with your order. If you get our voicemail, just leave your name and phone number and we will call you back as soon as possible!

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

We will gladly give you your money back for any returned item for any reason, at any time. We will even pay for your return shipping. Of course we will gladly offer exchanges as well. We know how hard it is to shop online for good quality skincare products, sometimes you just need to smell it and touch it before you know if it’s for you. We also know that our products are absolutely fantastic, and that chances are, you will love what you choose. And we are always here to answer your questions before you place an order too, and we’ll help you make the best decisions. So what are you waiting for? Give us a try, you won’t be disappointed!

To make a return, fill out the contact form and write “return” in the subject line . Please also include your name, the order number and date of purchase (both can be found on the sales receipt enclosed in the box.)
